Breakfast Pan
Didnt realise when ordering a big breakfast, they would actually bring out the frying pan as well! This was in Cullen Bay, Darwin known as the Boardwalk Cafe Boatshed Coffee House.
Cream Puffs
These sure arent easy to make...lots of stirring required! Might give it another go but for now, some cream puffs with vanilla custard
Marble Birthday
Happy Birthday to all those that share their birthdays with my brother in law - Jan 4th! This was a marble cake with chocolate brandy custard I made to celebrate his birthday! Was a little bit dry, but I blame my 15 year old oven ;P
Mee Koo
These are soft chinese buns used for soaking up all the curry :) Its all the rage if you grew up in Penang...
Red Velvet
Have you ever seen Cake Boss on TV? Red Velvet cakes are often used as the base .. probably cause of the awesome color..This is my attempt at a red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting :)
Magic Bread
I know what you're thinking, why go through all the trouble of making bread when you can just buy it for less than $3 bucks from the stores right? Think of it as stress relief or a form of exercise I suppose :)
Anyway, the recipe I followed was by Chef Alex Goh. He is the Magic Bread guru and can be found all over the Interweb...
